It's a friday night before the picnic.
Nothing to do but wait for the picnic.
Happens every year…
But not this year. MNFurs this year will have a pre-picnic celebration starting September 9th at 7 PM at Event Horizon at GPS Center. Socialize, fursuit, draw, game, watch anime and more! The sky is the limit on how much fun you can have!
And if you can't make the picnic you still can still join the celebration by meeting up at the Pre-Picnic Celebration.
It will be a blast and everyone can join in on the fun on September 9th!

For all of those people who will be at Event horizon, couple of things to remember.
1: We only have the big ballroom, room 135. This is where the fursuiters had games during the spring picnic. The lounge and classroom will be host the twin cities anime club but have welcomed us to come watch as long as we are quite and courteous and they'll be happy to have us watch.
2: I have no structured events yet, but have some ideas. This is a great opportunity for someone to help plan events. Anyone who wished to help with this part feel free to message me and we will discuss. If you want to offer ideas and suggestions feel free to post on this thread.

While that's cool and all, I never really found the night before the picnic to be boring or uneventful. That's probably because I've always been helping my wife make food for the event. Just throwing that out there.
