Okay, so people who know me know that I like Poker.  I don't dream about it, or play every day, but I do enjoy a game from time to time and for the last 3 years my friend Kitsunekla and I have run a tournament usually taking place in the spring or early summer.  But the tournament isn't what I'm here to post about.

A year or two ago there weren't too many local furries interested in poker, but the number seems to be growing and so I figured I'd post about this again.  I'm interested in getting a monthly $10 cash game of Texas Holdem started up.  A cash game, for those of you who might be new to the term, refers to a poker game where you pay money to enter and you get chips representative of how much money you put in.  You can leave at any time you want, and when you leave you cash in your chips and you either leave a little richer or slightly more poor.  If you completely run out of chips you can re-buy and enter back into the game.

There are several furries that don't post in these forums who have wanted to do this for quite a while.  If you are intersted and are 18+ (this is technically gambling afterall, albeit for the price of going to see a movie), post a reply.  If I get enough interest I'll set something up.

Seems there's some interest.  I know Kitsunekla is working weekends, so that might make it difficult to attend unless I scheduled it on a week night, and then it might be tough for others.

3 people interested on the forums, plus myself, Alkora, Jade, Howlie, and Snowolf.  Well, that would be enough.  I'm thinking sometime during the latter half of March for the first cash game.  I guess the next step is figuring out what day would work best for everyone.
