Since I'm a huge fan of Yu-Gi-Oh the series and especially the card game, I thought it would be good to start a discussion about the card game.
If you play the card game, even if it's totally for fun, I'd like to hear.

I love playing yugioh. It's my personal favorite ccg and I even do card reviews on pojo.com for the game. If you attend the furmeets, I'd be willing to duel you. Look up my reviews on pojo.com's yugioh area to see what I look like irl. Current favorite decks are Dark World and Hyperion Agents.

You know its been too long since Ive last played. Im pertaining back to the days to the first editions still makes up the majority of my decks.
Never really much cared for some of the rules such as sacrifices and such and slowly lost interest thereafter but if I see ya Ill be sure to give you a pounce.

Ah, the Agents deck. I actually like that deck more than dark world. A lot more negation and control, which is what is really needed in the game if you really want to succeed.
I sent a friend request on facebook, because I don't hang around on Pojo. Also, I'm gonna try to make the one on the 10th of December, so maybe we can duel then.

Well, I have a Yugi Muto deck that might be up to par on your dueling style. Plus, if I have to pull some fake effect out of my butt, it'll work since Yugi cheats. LOL

OMG, I forgot to post my own thing on Yu-Gi-Oh. Let's see, if I was in your group of friends, you would say I'm a huge fan of the Yu-Gi-Oh card game, and here's why. I own over 40 different decks of my own creation, I have close to 50 boxes of spare cards that I try to go through every 2 months in the year, and virtually everywhere I go, I have at least 2 decks on me at all times. If you want to duel and have no deck, I'll spot you.
I've been playing the card game since it's release in America, and haven't stopped since. My main deck of choice is, and has always been since their first release, the Six Samurai. They are my heart and soul that have helped me in many tough situations. They even helped me kick something off my bucket list, which was to come in first place in a tournament.
Along with my main samurai deck, I also use my souped up versions of all of the main protagonists of every Yu-Gi-Oh anime series. That's right, I have a Yugi Muto deck, a Jaden Yuki deck, a Yusei Fudo deck, and even a Yuma Tsukumo deck. I've built them to fit the character's main strategy and have some competitiveness to it so it can stand toe to toe with decks of today. They're a lot of fun to duel with and against, and I most of the time use them when I'm not competing in local tournaments. But don't belittle them by thinking you know for a fact what type of strategy they use. I'll throw you for a huge loop when we duel.

Sounds good. I was at the b-day party for Gizmo (a member here) and missed the furmeet, but will be at the next one. Look for the brown-haired, bearded guy in an orange t-shirt.

Hey guys, it sounds like I will be coming to the fur meet on the 10th. For the decks I'll be bringing for sure are:
Jaden Yuki, Supreme King (Evil HERO), Yugi Muto, Yusei Fudo, Yuma Tsukuma, Paradox (Sin, or as the crappy English name, "Malefic"), Crystal Beast, Gladiator Beast, My Furry deck (Beast & Beast Warrior), Lake Superior (A water deck with some proxy cards I made myself), & Six Samurai. So a total of, count'em, 11 decks. Trust me, if you wanna duel but have no deck, I'll have one for you to borrow. LOL
Plus, as an added bonus, I will be cosplaying as Jaden Yuki. First up, I'll be in a heavy looking green coat, but once that comes off, I'll have a Slifer Red Jacket. So be sure to look for a guy in red. 
Also, I can't stay very long, so if you want to duel with me, make sure to come early.

If any of you duelists get bored or want to meet new people, I recommend checking out http://www.duelingnetwork.com
It's a free site that will let you build any deck you want with the latest cards from around the world, including cards that have only been released in Japan. You also get a chance to duel with opponents from all over the globe. Folks from Brazil, Mexico, Australia all have come to duel against opponents world wide in real time.
I highly recommend getting on, and fair warning, it's addictive.
And if you want to duel me, just search in the profile viewer: ThePoetryNinja
And then add me as a friend. Then, whenever I'm on, you can pm me for a request to duel. Hope to duel you guys soon.
