I wanted to make a very resiliant paladin and Dwarf seemed the best option for that; other racials outside of the +2 con make up for things in little ways over a human; however If I wanted to go the Fighter route I would have likely went Human. If 4 is any simmilar to the 3.5 Human Feat machine aka Human Fighter there's less of a reason to do anything else; for me atleast.
The Charasmatic feats like diplomacy aren't as important to me. I suppose lay on hands is CHA based though? Hmm
Well if I would have known I could do custom stats it would have been easier to just fudge it myself to my liking. Oh well… I suppose I could remake the charachter, or even something different; it would just mean having to put in an extra hour or two tonight or wherever to get caught up to where I was. Time of course being the factor in all this.

Well that was fun, about 12 hours of DDO, managed to get a noob to a level 4 in a day, and managed to get the guild up an entire level in one day. Loads oh fun. Thanks to all who participated and joined in.

Had a blast! Thanks for hosting this, Flip. I'm enjoying the game so far a lot more then I was expecting to, and I haven't been able to attend a LAN party such as this for a long time as well.
Thanks for helping me through all of the starting stuff. I know I altered some of your plans to run higher level stuff as a result. Hopefully by next time that DPS Tank will be speced up to do higher level stuff with you guys if you do it again!

Hey, it was lots of fun. I honestly wasn't keen on doing that low level stuff again – that's why I had that character sitting at level 4. I made her, sent her through few Solos, then… that was it, she actually sat around for weeks. Didn't want to touch that other stuff, the stuff we wound up doing. But honestly, it was a blast playing it with you all, I had lots of fun and laughed a bunch.
I would love to do this again at some point. Even the group nights online together are fun, more of those are needed; this was beyond that, however. Just a new level of interaction that I've never gotten to experience before. Probably because I've never been to a LAN party before.
Also, I was thinking of putting up reviews of the various adventure packs, since I have a ton of them. I can't review them all, I haven't done enough with them all to REALLY judge, but some I could offer my two cents on.
