Oddly, I now have someone responsible for the complicated part of organizing food and grilling, and someone brave enough to handle the logistics of opening and closing the sites over the 2 days of Picnic and related festivities.  What I do not have are some people who want to organize all of the activities over the 2 days.  Remember, we have 6 hours of indoor events to schedule on Friday and a full day of outdoors for any number of things to do in the Sun.  Anyone willing to help me out fill this time?
