It's story time with me, Aerak! ^^

About a month ago, there was a rather cynical person who posted on the free hugs community that I run over on FA land.  This person basically said there was no way in hell anyone who wasn't a furry would hug a fursuiter with a free hugs sign.  I'm taking this as a challenge, and I need your help.

The plan: to get a group together, consisting of a few legitimate photographers (I'm looking at Kurst and Mouring), and a few seasoned fursuiters (you pick the seasoning =P) and invade a public park and get pictures and video to post to youtube, hopefully proving that fursuiters can get hugged by random people who are not furries.

The place: I was thinking Central Park in Roseville since I'm familiar with it, but if you have an idea for a different park, go for it.

The time: Still to be detirmined.  I'm thinking late May, to give time for planning and such.

The bottom line is that this needs to be well planned and we need a good group of people, both fursuiters and non-suiters who are all on the same page.

So I'm looking for some input.  If you'd like to help or have concerns, comment.  If you are in the PR business, which a few of the furs here are, I would like your input as well on how to organize this and your thoughts.
