Do we have a list of local fursuit makers? I know of a few, but something tells me there’s a lot more lurking around. I’ll be buying premade/commissioning either this spring or this summer, depending.

I also would like to add my name to the list of those "commissioning" a more complete suit, and although would have specifics i would like accommodated, would also like to support locally if i could. (Note: after replacing a clutch in my coupe, and splurging on a few more hotel/rooms plane tickets for upcomming conventions mine may have to wait a few extra months) but would still like to get things in motion.

I don't suppose there is a local fursuit maker out there who would be willing to lend me a paw in making one when I have some spare cash to throw around? I would be more than willing to pay for the help. I just don't want to screw up royally while experimenting and end up paying more in materials making it than I would just buying one.

I don't make fursuits per se, but I do resin masks, paws, feet and tails as well as props here and there. I sell resin mask blanks, resin following eyes, latex noses and the like as well. Just throwing my hat into the pile.

I do make other characters. I just now finished a Wolf/Lion/Tiger head. Face like a wolf, mane of a lion and tiger colouring.

I have one to add to the list!
Trashing Sofas! They're new to furries, but not new to costume making.
Check them out, they're not only incredibly talented at fursuit making, but they are more than a joy to work with. I guarantee your experience with them will be a positive one.
They made my entire suit, after all ;) And I'm more than pleased with the outcome.
