Just a quick reminder. 

If you are playing City Of Heroes if you go "trick or treating" by going door to door you can get a free costume slot.

Just collect four costume salvage from trick or treating and returning it to the approriate NPC boom costume slot.  It's about 1-2 hours of play to get it in my experience.
