Hey there MNFurs community! It has been a long time since we all got together at the Oval to hang out. With the pandemic settling down a bit and restrictions lifted, we are able to get the meets started up for our community again. Towards the end of July we will be hosting our first Oval fur meet of 2021.
An important note
The Oval is currently operating at a 75% capacity so this will be a capped event and we will be using our RSVP system and have staff and board members assisting on site with people coming in and going out.
Next up, we plan to have door greeters at both entrances into our reserved room. We will have signage at each door as we want people to enter in one door and then out the other.
Lastly, we are heavily encouraging those attending who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask at the Oval around others…Face masks will be available on site!
What to expect at the meet
The Oval meets are a big social gathering where you can get together with your friends and hang out with a big space to spread out. Community members are welcome to bring in card/tabletop/board games, fursuits (partials & full), and artwork. Other activities are outlined below…

- Fursuit photoshoots

At the Oval, we are also allowed to bring in our own food and beverage items. Potluck-style items are acceptable to share for people attending. All are welcome to bring in their own beverages too for themselves and to share. Please remember that NO alcoholic beverages are allowed at the Oval.
