Join MNFurs as we celebrate and thank our hard working Volunteers at the Machine Shed in Lake Elmo on Sat June 20th. This is an open event and operates just like a normal furmeet. You DO NOT need to be a past or present Volunteer of MNFurs to attend!
We will use a portion of of the time to give a nod to our current Volunteers and the Board will be present to answer any questions people have about Volunteering such as what opportunities we need help with and why it is important for us.
For those who have not been there before, the venue has amazing food in the same price range as what Perkins offers and a full service bar.
They give the group use of a private dining room sectioned off from the rest of the Restaurant which is furnished with both chairs and booths so fans of either seating preference have a place to dine in style! The room is also over twice as big as the space we have at Perkins, no need to worry about overflow at this location.

Notes:
This Special meet will also replace the Perkins Bi-weekly meet but does not affect any unofficial gatherings or meets that take place around the Perkins area.
There is also a $300 group minimum food order for us to get the venue without having to pay a rental fee.
Buying a meal here and not bringing any outside food or beverages really helps us out! If we meet this goal we’ll be able to continue to use this venue as a place for future events.
