Just a reminder that the deadline to reserve a hotel room with the MNF code is Feb 26th. If you are coming in from out of town or just want a room to crash for the night be sure to get your reservation in NOW to get the special rate. Rooms can still be booked after Feb 26th but will not receive the special event rate. Information about how to book a room can be found here
Also, I will be finalizing the event schedule this weekend and posting the final programming schedule early next week. If you want to run an event at Snowpocalypse please get the following information: Panel name, Short description of your panel (paragraph or so), how long you need, and if you prefer an afternoon or evening timeslot to an event organizer by using the contact forum. The cutoff for programming at Snowpocalypse is also Feb 26th.
