Emails went out earlier to people’s emails that are registered to their MNFurs account and are RSVP’ed for the meet. This is a repeat of that email for those who did not receive that email.
Because of COVID-19 and restrictions place on us by the venue we are doing this year’s first Oval meet a little different. Bear with us on this go around, and we will make it bearable, we promise.
Oval Fur Meet Check-in Instructions:
The meet is from 3:00 – 8:00 pm, please show up at the starting time to begin the check-in process!
- Provide us with your name as it appears below your profile picture on the MNFurs forums. See the screenshot below…
- You will be asked if you posted on the forums in response to bringing a +1 or more. If yes, then you will need to have them with you or you will be asked to step aside temporarily to get others checked in.
- You will be handed a blue ticket. Please hold on to this ticket as this gets you back in the room if you leave for a bit and come back.
When you leave the event permanently we will have a drop box for your blue ticket and this can be used for other attendees that did not RSVP.
