Hi Sawyer!

The RSVP system closed last night due to my RSVP numbers getting close to the capped limit.  Throughout the meet some people may leave early or leave and come back later which COULD free up some space…That being said, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to get in.  I am going to recommend waiting for the next Oval meet, but if you do decide to show up, again, we cannot guarantee you can get in.

That’s okay 💜 thank you for your response. I was just waiting due to not having a ride, discussing it with my family, and checking in with others to see if they’d come. I’ll just have to sit out for this one then. Hopefully I’ll find another time!

Yep you’re welcome!  I hope to have another Oval meet later in the year, but that is all going to be determined on the state of the pandemic.  The delta variants are not doing us any favors and foresee venues taking more restrictive measures if this variant continues to be a problem…Time will tell of course what happens.

– PARKING AT THE OVAL –

 

Hey there, Drake from the Events Department!  Looking forward to seeing you all tomorrow and wanted to quickly share parking.  See the screenshot below that shows where you need to park.

The entrance will have Skating Entrance above it with an immediate set of stairs going up and that is where you want to go.  The main entrance will bring you to the front desk for the outdoor rink and that is not where you want to go as it’s nowhere near our room.
