Fortunately that is already an ics file format.
Sorry this took a while to figure out.
The flaw is outlook changed how it’s getting calendar and Cloudflare changed enough so it was blocking trying to get the file as if it’s a bot.
I can confirm it and have a work around. You should be able to subscribe now.
If you are still having issues please tell if you are
A) Using the client or web browser
B) If client what “version” and what OS the client is running
