I am now sitting at 17 out of 20 in the reservation limit (tentative people included).  I can fit three more people in the reservation so go go go.  =)

Once filled, I will be utilizing the outside list…As a reminder, the outside list is for people who RSVP outside the capped reservation.  This helps me know who needs to get their own table(s).

The reservation is now capped.  For anyone still wanting to come out, you can still RSVP and I will then add you to my outside (overflow) list.

IMPORTANT: With the three in my list as tentative, please keep me updated on if you are for sure attending.  If one or more drop, this will open up more spots and I will update this thread.  For those in the outside (overflow) list, I am going to ask that you get your own table(s).

– MORE IMPORTANT INFORMATION –

I got off the phone with Kyoto and have the reservation made.  The lady I spoke to has a couple of requirements so below is what I need from everyone attending.

 

I need everyone to show up 10-15 minutes prior to our 7:00 reservation time…If we are not all there prior, they will limit the number of tables we can use and this makes it tough for seating.  The meeting spot prior will be outside the entrance of Kyoto…Once all of us are present, we will go in and I will get everything organized with the venue.

Lastly, we need to be out of there by 9:00 or prior.  I was told they can only hold our reserved tables for a max of two hours.

Due to having spent a lot of money this month as is (going out a lot) plus the machine shed meet the following day, I think I’m going to have to change my attendance to being a No. I hope those who attend have a good time (and feel free to put someone else in my tentative slot)
