Fursuiters! GPS Needs YOU for the Twin Cities Pride Parade – Sunday 6/28

That’s right! The Geek Partnership Society is looking for 8 fursuiters to ride along on their float in the parade. If you’re interested, please RSVP/post here and we’ll contact you with time and location specifics.

The parade starts at 11am on Sunday 6/28, so expect to arrive around 10am for staging.

I clicked yes because I will be attending the event, but not suiting. Congratulations to all the suiters who participate in the parade, ill be cheering you guys from the sidelines. 🙂

We have a few spots still open.  For those interested and those already going, here is the meeting location and info.

If you have volunteered to walk in the parade for GPS please be at
3rd St S & Nicollet Ave parking lot (just north of the down town library)

At 10:00 am Sunday.

The parade starts at 11:00 am sharp.

We will have bottled water.
Wear/bring sunscreen.
Wear comfortable shoes.
Because we have a float, small amounts of stuff can be stashed but must be contained.

Because we are a float, we will end by Dunwoody

Thanks for the people putting it on and everyone who was out there.

It was fun, it was exhausting, a lot of people just were having fun, and you can tell that from the people’s faces as you can by.

it was just an amazing energy though – an energy you can’t get from other places.

A lot of fun so happy to be out there!

Thank you to all who showed up to both be in the parade and watched the parade!  I was delighted to see all the furs who made the trek in the hot weather to celebrate Pride.
