There’s also an orientation for first-timers that they want you to attend before the actual event (which is generally where they review your suit as well, I believe). We were able to bypass this due to not being local, but I still provided photos of our suits so they’d know what to expect.

The orientation times are listed on the registration form; they’ll ask you to select one of those sessions in addition to the days you want to volunteer.

I’m signed up for Saturday, October 19 and Saturday, October 26th.  I forgot to include an orientation time and they told me I don’t even need to go to an orientation.  SWEET!

Ive officially decided to not participate this year. I know last year there was more weekends, so I had a greater availability to go down. But being as the only weekend I can come down and participate (Thats not conflicting with work) is the weekend I’m seeing Wicked, I just cant. Sorry guys.

Alrighty.. since I have no life (of course) i’ve registered myself for the 19-20 and 26-27.  Since i can’t go on the friday due to work XD
