Since the showing of Zootopia is NOT exactly on the beaten path we suggest people who can car pool other furries do.

So if you have a need to carpool or can provide a carpool please use this thread.

I have a free ride idea for anyone who is at least 18 years of age:

Every day Mystic Lake Casino has 7 free shuttles from almost every city in the Twin Cities Metro. MOST of these shuttles arrive around Mystic Lake at 6:20. Mystic Lake is only about 3 miles from the theater and we could probably arrange our own carpool/shuttle from there for anyone that needs it.

The shuttles leave Mystic Lake AGAIN at 11 pm for all metro area rides. I can contact Mystic Lake about what their policy might be for wearing fursuits inside the casino.

Here are the cities the metro area shuttle services:

Mall of America Shoreview • Roseville • Falcon Heights • Minneapolis St. Paul • South St. Paul • West St. Paul • Eagan • Apple Valley • Burnsville Maplewood • Little Canada • Plymouth Brooklyn Center • Robbinsdale • New Hope • Golden Valley • St. Louis Park • Richfield • Bloomington Brooklyn Park • Brooklyn Center • Minneapolis • Hopkins Anoka • Blaine • Spring Lake Park • Fridley • Columbia Heights •

For anyone 18+ who lives further out in Minnesota, they also have free shuttles that generally leave around 11 AM and leave at 5 PM. They have a pretty decent hotel, so you could stay there for the evening and leave on the free shuttle the next day at 11 AM. Here are the greater MN cities that have the free shuttle:

Waseca • Owatonna • Faribault • Northfield •  Rochester • Zumbrota • Faribault • Montgomery • New Prague New Ulm • Nicollet • North Mankato • St. Peter • Le Sueur • Belle Plaine

If your coming down from coon rapids after the Petco fundraiser I can provide one way south bound transport for two too three people, I will be bringing FoxxPaw up to, and back from coon Rapids with me, I have a light truck so if your bringing your toto it will be going in the bed of the truck for the drive down (I have a hard topper so they will be out of the wether) and if you do not want them slidding around I always carry tidown straps in the truck, let me know if your planning to wear your suit down, that way I will only have room for two people so there is no one is over heating

Excellent idea. I just can’t afford the hotel, so I could use someone to room with for the night.

As long as my work changes my schedule, I CAN go and give rides. I am located in Lakeville, but due to time and gas restrictions, I will not be after to drive farther than 20-30 miles away from Lakeville to pick someone up. I can do 1 way to the theater but I am unsure about both ways. My car seats 4 passengers but 1 seat is taken already. If you plan on suiting, only 2 will fit or 3 if it’s small. There is room in my trunk for totes.
