I can help out in any way needed, though if there is a DJ that has a portable rig that would fulfill the room, I would actually lean more towards that for an event like this. (my stuff is just too bulky, big, and time consuming)  As far as other gear I can help out with whatever else is needed/wanted (I have some video projectors, lighting, etc)  🙂 -Just lemme know what your thinking!

I should mention that is nobody has a small rig to bring, there are still a few options I can offer, just thought it might be better to get something quick, easy, tried and true 🙂

Awesome and thanks, Wulf!  Komplex was also offering to help with this stuff as well as Fenris.  If you have any specific questions on space or hook-up needs, and so forth.  If nothing else, I know they have some basic stuff available in the theaters and can possibly condense to just playing from a computer / hard drive through their systems.  I’ll find out more if needed in that regard from the location.

Sounds pretty neat!  I do have a quick question – I see there’s a cost, who’s covering that, and what kind of costs are expected for those attending?

I will actually be covering the cost myself.  The cost to people going:  there is a menu available, and simply showing up.  ^^

This sounds like something completely fun, and I definitely understand your choice on Wednesday.  Because it is a weekday and I have to work on weekdays and live an hour+ away, I cannot make it this time.  But hopefully I will have enough vacation or be able to go to something like this hosted on a weekend in the future.  Power to you all and hope you all have fun!!

Hey Zen, I haven’t had a chance to read the entire thread but have you nailed down a date? I’d lean towards 3/26 because it’s further away from Anime Detour (which starts 4/4).
