2015 is over!
What a ride!
You got to admit – it’s amazing to think what Minnesota Furs did in 2015.
In 2015 we put on two picnics, multiple parade troops, bowling, fursuit romps, many local meetups, improved our community outreach, and of course Furry Migration. We also work with other non-profits in charitable events like Como Friends for Zoo Boo and Tree of Hope Fund raisers. And certainly not least we also started to put the foundation to be able to give back to our members in time of education and health needs.
These accomplishments were not done by one or two people. This was done by you, the community, who worked together to make Twin Cities one of the best places to live if you are a furry!
In 2016 we hope in the future with Furry Migration to be able to give more to the community and other charitable organizations. We also hope to be able put on as many or more events, activities in the community to help bring our local furry community together. We can only make 2016 better with the help and support of all the members and volunteers who make up Minnesota Furs as a whole. This is a community built and run non-profit organization that just get better all the time!
We hope next year will just as fun, exciting, and educational as last year. We also hope we can share it with you.
