Hello, fine day to all of you fuzzy fictional creatures reading this. My name is BlackLynk. Some of you know me but I am a Lion man residing in St Paul, more specifically, the Maplewood neighborhood. I’ve been here for a few years peacefully, however my current roommates want to look at other properties. That just boils it down to solely me (for the foreseeable future.)
So, here’s the rundown:
Roommates plan on moving out at the end of June. I’m looking for 1-3 people with stable employment and good housemate etiquette to sign a new lease with me. Ideally if we have a full 4 in the house, rent comes around to being 500 PER PERSON! So, not too shabby. 3 bedrooms here, 1 bath, full basement, garage, good things going on here. I am looking to sign for July, get back to me as soon as possible if you are interested.
btw I am 100% willing to run background checks, so come correct.
