Hi, I’m Zorha. I doubt a lot of people remember who I used to be, but Kurst, Kellic, Nrasser and the old crew might. I joke that I’m the Writer Formerly Known as Eldyran, so I figure I might as well re-introduce myself. I’m a 37 year old trans-female (pre-HRT) coyote living in the SE corner of the state, running back and forth, breaking things (sometimes even fixing them!), and getting marginally paid for it.
Because I’m an on-call technician I’m really hard to get a hold of, and I highly doubt I’ll get to visit everyone I used to know at the meets anytime soon, but I still wanted to say hi to everyone out there. As for a classic fursona, I decided to flesh out a female one since I never really was interested in defining a male one. Zorha is a scavenger and survivor, piecing together whatever she can find in the desert wastes to sell for water, ammo, and basic medicine.
I’m sure I’ll also add to the list of characters, as I love science fiction. One of my favorite movies is Tron: Legacy, so I might commission something along those lines once the muse strikes me.
Bored? Wanna chat sometime? Feel free to hit me up. I love meeting new people 🙂
Hi! I’m Farelle. What kind of technician? Do you work in a hospital? I live next to Methodist Hospital so thought I’d throw that out there just in case. =P Welcome back!SO MUCH CHEESE!
Hey Farellemoon, nice to meet you 🙂I’ve actually worked as a lab technician for Mayo a few years back. It really wasn’t what I was passionate about, but I wasnt able to move to their IT department because I hadn’t been in my position long enough. Much like my fursona, I’ve picked up random technical skills here an there throughout my life, and never seem to ‘settle’ on a career path. Looking back, I was always on the move, and hated being tied down to learning a rote break / fix grind.
Right now I get a call that a server or switch is down somewhere, throw my tools in my car’s trunk, and try to figure out what went wrong and which part needs to be replaced / ordered. It’s very random, never the same thing twice, so I enjoy the challenge! Half the time I have to throw SOP out the window, and preform black magic and voodoo just to get my clients up and running.
My official job title is Field Services Analyst. Kinda sounds like Sanitation Engineer, doesn’t it? 😉

Foodie - Food Adventures constantly, not a fan of fish thoughThanks! I cant wait to see all those who I missed over the years and all those I have yet to meet! 🙂Hello there, Zorha! It’s cool to see other trans people in the group.Hi Rory 🙂When I frequented the Hopkins meets (before the days of MNFurs), I knew of only one trans* fur, Solei the tixen. There’s actually two trans* furry families living near the Rochester area, although Rachel (the head of this family) wants to move soon, either closer to the TC area or somewhere warmer.
I wouldnt mind moving closer to everyone up there! ^_^
*is part of the “old crew” and feels quite old* At least my fur is already white so I don’t have to worry about it losing it’s color. =PI’m terrible with names, so it might take some time to recognize you as Zorha, but I’ll get it eventually!
But Jedi Master Aerak, at least you skipped gray-muzzle status and immediately went for white instead! *Playful teases*You were always friendly and supportive Aerak, and its good to see that it hasn’t changed 🙂
Howdy! 😀Hey Vagrant 🙂Where do you live abouts? And poking around your previous replies in various topics, no, I’m not digging these barely positive Kelvin temps. I cherish my Krebs Cycle very much thank you 😛
