    GENERAL:

    * Discussed changes to planning meetings so there would be fewer risks of missing meetings. (Mostly due to scheduling conflicts.)

    * Notified of a potential upcoming con and possibility of working with them.

    * A partnership agreement with GPS is still being worked on.

    TREASURY:

    * General account updates, including information from the picnic and Furry Migration.

    * Notified that the 501(c)3 filing group has been formed and is starting work.  If interested, please contact Kurst or the Treasurer at [email protected] or [email protected]

    * Update on the insurance search, and current difficulties.

    WEB/IT:

    * Shown design plans for new website being worked on.

    SECRETARY:

    * Started building information pursuant to the first election and drafting documents for handling elections.

    COMMUNITY:

    * A picnic post-mortem was postponed due to event runner being sick and unable to attend.

    * * Plans were made to meet elsewhen with event runner the following weekend.

    * * Discussion was had about garbage cleanup and overall thoughts on the picnic.

    * Discussed early plans being set up for the fall picnic.

    * Notified of upcoming Hibachi event

    * Notified of Dragon Festival

    * Notified of alternate furmeet search

    * * Possible alternate furmeet being planned for Sunday, July 14th.  Details to appear later on forums.

    CON:

    * Informed on current registration numbers and levles

    * Some notes on planning for Con 0 event.
