Hey there, your friendly Events fox once again with another discussion thread.  This thread is being created on behalf of community member Biscuit.

Biscuit is curious if there is any interest for those who do not live in the cities…More specifically in Brainerd, MN.  There are venues in the area like Northland Kart Kountry, Pirates Cove Adventure mini-golf course, or simple gatherings like a fursuit romp or bonfire.

So for you, the community, would there be any interest in this?  This may also be very appealing for those that might live in or around the Brainerd area.

This would be of interest to me during the Sunmer months, I am up in that area most weekends in the Sunmer.

There are a few places in the area that a romp could happen, there is Crow Wing state park near Brainard for instance.  I would be careful about selecting romp locations, as quite a few roads and trails around the lakes are private property.

Mini Golf sounds like fun too!  In addition to the one in Baxter pointed out, there is also a mini golf course in Deerwood.

I love Pirate’s cove! However, I only go there very rarely during the summer time, so I’m unsure if a brainerd meet would work out for a frequent basis. I’m not even sure if there are many furs in Brainerd

Yeah, this is a piece of information I am unsure of also…I do not know what population of furs are in and around Brainerd with the exception of Buscuit.
