Meet Details:
Date: September 16Location: Brighton Beach pavilion if the weather is nice.Perkins at 2502 London Rd if it’s raining.Time: 1 PMWe’re discussing the possibility of bringing pizza to Brighton Beach. Let me know if you’d be interested in that, and if you’d be willing to pitch in toward it. Obviously we wouldn’t bring pizza to Perkins. We’re looking at bringing someone who can teach us how to play D&D, but we could also bring outdoor activities to Brighton Beach, or other games to Perkins. Other ideas are also welcome.Facebook page for Duluth meets is at: https://www.facebook.com/groups/461340197570339/
We also have a Telegram group now: https://t.me/joinchat/DiT_JwtGluJL5z45ZPB4NQI uh have basic knowledge of D&D. But I don’t have the books or anything. And I’ve only ever played it. Not run my own session or anything.Me and a friend will be up at UMD. If we get details, we can try to show up.I can try to drag with a few non furs that love dndSpidyTheWolfy
I’ll be updating as we get everything worked out, Nass. We had 8 people at the first Duluth meet in July, hoping we get a few more as time goes on.Update: It looks like we want to do a D&D style meet, at either Brighton Beach or Perkins. If the weather’s bad, it’s Perkins either way.If you’re potentially interested, make sure to sign up for the Facebook group so you can weigh in and keep up to date.
Also, most of us have never played D&D or anything like it before, so it will be a learning experience, and someone said they’ve got a friend who could DM for us and teach us how to play.
Update: Modified the original post to reflect the latest. Bumping so people realize there’s new info.Just Bumping this up.Still going to happen on the 16th at Brighton beach. at 1.
I do understand that the bowling is happening the same day also.
