Hello there! I figured I should probably introduce myself here.
I’m Bryan, a Dutch student that’s going to study at MNSU for four months from August till December and I’m kinda looking for furs in the area, specifically the Mankato area!
I found out about this website thanks to some people in a Telegram group. (Thank you very much, by the way!) And I thought this probably is the easiest way of getting in touch with people.
I’ve never really seen furs in real life or met up with them, let alone meets or cons. I’ve heard about Furry Migration and I would love to go but I don’t really know how to since I don’t know stuff works in America when it comes to public transport or cars. And those bi-weekly meets seem fun as well!
I would love to meet up with people and hang out and stuff! I’m really, really excited to head to America and I’m even more excited to meet up with people!
Hello there! I am in Rochester, which is about an hour or two away. And they even have a shuttle!Oh! Yay!I met a whole bunch of Dutch furs while I was at Confuzzled this year, a furry convention in the UK.
I think we have some furs living in Mankato. The majority of our membership and most of our events, take place in the Minneapolis/Saint Paul metropolitan area, which is about a 90 minute drive north.
You can find a thread in these forums on furs in the Mankato area which will hopefully help you connect with some of them right away =)
https://www.mnfurs.org/groups/minnesota-southern-region/forum/Hey, Bryan!I attend school at Bethany Lutheran College, just a few minutes away from MSU.
Some of my closest friends in high school were foreign exchange students, and I really enjoyed helping them adjust and learning more about their own countries.
You can send me a message anytime, and I’d love to hang out with you this semester!

Cool! I’ll look into it, I’d love to hang out during a weekend or so if the shuttlebus is affordable!

I’ll give it a look or two, I figured most of the stuff would happen in the twin cities anyway. Not much of a problem if I’m able to get to the big city easily, though!

Sorry a little late welcoming you here but welcome welcome! Enjoy your stay here!Im a total trash mammal.
There maybe options to the standard car rental. Try a search for other rental outfits. They may have more affordable options if need be. And perhaps you could ‘barrow’ a car from a friend/associate possibly.Hello and welcome Bryan!Electronic Music - EDM, Industrial, Synth
Nocturnal - You will rarely see me during the day, I work nights
Demi-Sexual - Fun first, flirt later
Foodie - Food Adventures constantly, not a fan of fish thoughSorry a little late welcoming you here but welcome welcome! Enjoy your stay here!
Thanks for the warm welcome!

I’ll look into it. Perhaps I can get something arranged at a local car rental thing instead of the one at the airport.
Hello and welcome Bryan!
Thanks!
