As Fall approaches and the colors change nature has one last party before she has to Hibernate for the winter. Fall weather is cool and pleasant, and hiking the trails with a camera can lead to some really interesting finds!

In solitary moments magpies will perch on a branch and mutter soft soliloquies of whines and squeals and chatterings, oblivious to what goes on around them. It is one of those things, I suppose, intelligence now and then does, must in fact now and then do, must think, must play, must imagine, must talk to itself. What, finally, intelligence could be for: finding your way back.

There is a main gathering area / entrance to the park in front of the community building. The trails all split off from there; that is where I’ll be meeting up and then we can walk the trails at our own paces from there.

Thanks to those that came out and I am sorry for cutting out short for Fae and I. We were both very tired after having been at RenFest earlier in the day.

I’ll try to do this again and on a day where there is nothing going on earlier in the day for some.
