    – HELLO EVERYONE –

    – SECTION I –

I want to start up a discussion thread about future fursuit romps.  After yesterday’s romp at Mill Ruins Park, I started doing a lot of thinking…We had a huge attendance and part of this had to do with the fact that Anime Detour was winding down and many came from that con.  This brings up one question which I will ask below…

Does having a fursuit romp on the last day of a con work?

To elaborate more and to use Mill Ruins for this example, did it work to drive from AD to the romp?  If I can get higher attendances like this in the future, I may think about scheduling a romp on the last day of a con.  This could be a good or bad idea moving forward, hence why I started this discussion.  🙂

    – SECTION II –

This is something I always need suggestions for, but if anyone has any other park suggestions, please bring them forward.  We use Mill Ruins Park a lot because it’s well-known to us and easy to walk around in.  This brings up the question…

What other parks do you think will be fun?

Many parks can be simple and only include a playground, pavilion, & bathroom facilities.  Many other parks have fun attractions like a sculpture garden, or the Stone Arch Bridge (Mill Ruins again), or other fun attractions.

    – SECTION III –

This one is simple, do Saturdays or Sundays work best for people?  This one is also challenging because some people work weekends, but a happy medium or general majority is what I am looking for.  To use Mill Ruins as an example again, I hosted the romp on a Sunday and had a big turnout.  Now it’s question time…

Does a Saturday or Sunday work best for those wanting to attend a fursuit romp?

Either day works for me. The one thing I would like to see is stuff planned a month in advance so people who do work weekends can try to get off. I personally work overnights so I can usally make it without having to ask off but it is nice to get the night after a romp off last night at work was a long shift

Sundays are best for me, but I’m pretty sure I’d figure out getting to a Saturday romp 🙂
