My name is Demetrius but I go by the fursona name of BlackLynk. I’ll get right to it though, I am in search of new residence.
I’m a lion man that keeps relatively to myself, I’m tidy in the areas I use, and I can contribute up to $1000 a month towards the rent split/utilities.
I’m not super particular about where the place is located, ideally I’d still like to be able to commute to Fridley easily for my job.

Possibly interested although will need another month or two to save up enough money to consider myself “stable” or at least stable enough to be able to pay the rent on time every month, Working 3 jobs at the moment but haven’t been able to save up yet.
