Name’s Tau, or Leon. I’m a porcupine. I’m escaping the frying pan of Florida for Minnesota, going to school in Morris. I’m at the Orlando meets almost every week and wondered what was going to be around after I moved, and google sent me this way. I’m probably going to make the first Minneapolis meet in August since I’m in the Twin Cities for other reasons. ^_^

Hello and welcome, glad you did not land it the frying pan,  and a porcupine, that’s cool, not many of them running around that I know of.  Looking forword to running into you at the meets.  What are you going to school for? What do you do for fun, and do you have an FA account?

I hope that our weather will not scare you back to the Floridian Frying Pan.  I hope to meet you at one of the future meets.

I could not handle the heat down here any more, and I wanted to build a snowman. XD I figure that trying the snow thing is going to have a less-steep learning curve if I’m living in a dorm, and I’ve got family in north Iowa and in the twin cities, so I’m not totally on my own up there. I kinda ran out of money at Florida Tech (very good, very expensive school), and University of Central Florida, which is very nearby, intimidates the hell out of me (it’s now the largest school in the country). So I’m going to finish my physics degree somewhere else. Namely Morris – why the heck I’m ending up in a town where the closest Walmart and Target are 45 minutes away is the part I’M still confused about, lol.

I don’t have an FA but I should get one.
