I’m a new arrival in the area who’s been interested in the Furry fandom for a few years, and I now want to take the next step and start meeting people. I originally found out about MNFurs just by googling furry communities in Minneapolis, simply because I was planning on moving nearby for work and wanted to see if there were any local groups I could get involved in.
I’m going by my fursona’s name, Blythe Meredith, who I still need to get around to drawing. Right now, the idea is that they’re a blue raptor and they dress sorta like a nerdy witch.
Telling a little bit about my hobbies and interests, I tend to watch YouTube in my spare time, usually gaming and educational content, and I’ve enjoyed playing videos games since forever. Ever since college, I’ve also become very interested in doing fantasy worldbuilding and art heavily inspired by ancient civilizations, especially Egypt and Greece. I’ve unfortunately struggled finding time for the hobbies other than YouTube, especially art and worldbuilding, but I’m hoping to finally change that thanks to my new daily schedule.
For a fun fact about myself, I’ve been out of the country three times. Once on a trip going from France to Germany, again on a trip to South Korea, and then finally on a trip to Italy. The Italy trip was actually last Christmas.
