So I’ve decided I want to remake my fursuit gloves. I want to make tightly fitted ones that will leave most of my dexterity in place. I have a good design for the glove the I’ve already built and tested. Where it falls down is the wrist is so tight that if I extend the pattern into arm-length gloves I can’t actually get my hand in them.
I tried fixing this by opening up the wrist a bit but it looks horrible like that. Any other suggestions? I’m working with a material kind of like a micro fleece, that soft short pile fur stuff they make baby blankets out of, with boat vinyl for the pads.

- Mark TwainI was thinking you could add a zipper up the inside of the arm, but it would stand out with that fabricYeah the pile of the fur is maaaaaaybe 1/8 an inch long. There’s no good way to hide anything."The problem is not that there are too many idiots in the world, the problem is the distribution of lightning."
- Mark TwainYou could use velcro but with such short fur. Otherwise there’s always button sized neodymium button sized magnets or small snaps.I was thinking about that, magnets might very well be the way to go.BTW, I figured out a great way to mark fake fur. Crayolla fabric washable markers. Much cheaper than actual fabric markers and in several colors.
