– RSVP UPDATES + CHECKING IN AT THE OVAL FUR MEET –
Good afternoon, your Events fox here! With the RSVP list as well as people sharing +1’s or more, we are hitting the low 80’s for attendance. Throughout the upcoming week I am going to be monitoring it closely. When/if our RSVP list hits 125 or close to that number, then I am going to have our RSVP system close. With that I have some quick highlights below…
IF RSVP CLOSES BEFORE SUNDAY – Any and all people who RSVP’d with +1’s or more, please show up on Sunday so you can be checked in.
IF RSVP IS OPEN ON SUNDAY – Any and all people who RSVP’s with +1’s or more will be checked in. For anyone showing up day of who did not RSVP will need to wait while everyone else is checked in first for fairness
IF WE CLOSE RSVP’s + OTHER WALK-INS DURING SUNDAY – In the event we have to close our RSVP system with walk-ins during Sunday, we will tell those that we are at capacity and that we cannot permit you to enter…As a reminder, the Oval is still operating at a lower capacity due to the still ongoing pandemic and we need to abide by those rules of the venue.

Below is information on how to check in when you arrive at the Oval on Sunday!
– Walk up the small flight of stairs at the Skating Center entrance
– Directly to the right is a set of doors that will be open and one door will have signage on it saying ENTER or ENTER HERE
– A table will be setup where myself (possibly more) will be stationed
– Present us with your name as it is displayed on the forums here (ex. I am Drake M here) and if you have a +1 or more
– We will check your name off the printed RSVP list
– You will be handed a blue ticket and please keep it on you and do not lose it. If you have to leave a for a bit and come back, you will need to present your ticket to us
SANITATION STATION – We will have a table next to where you check in with hand sanitizer, face masks, & gloves for those that want to utilize.
