My three suggestions to you would be either uptown, Edina, or Minnetonka. All are more centralized…Or best centralized at best.
I live in the Apple Valley area which is more south, but it’s still close to everything and the drives are not normally that bad.
I am sure others can point you in a direction too. =)
Good luck buddy!

The biggest factor is how you expect to get around. I bike or bus everywhere but its easy to get around since I live in the Northeast Minneapolis neighborhood. If you have a car and don’t mind light commutes that opens up your options a lot. I’m partial to Minneapolis proper (Uptown, Northeast, and such) but there are lots of great communities in the suburbs. It’s also nice to live close to your job/school/etc. Better to be close to the thing you need every day and drive a little bit further on weekends than the other way around, IMO.Really though, if you stay kind of centralized, especially in Minneapolis proper, you won’t be terribly far from anything.

Thanks, and yeah it can be a tricky term to abide by, very much so seeing as I know nothing of the cities and major areas around there. Ill get into looking in those areas and see what turns up. ^*^

Also what sort of living situation are you shooting for?Living situation is open at this point, id prefer room mates but sometimes that doesnt work, I do have reasons for wanting a room mate(s)….and oddly enough they dont really have anything to do with the money or financial side of things. I HAD a truck buy my brother (RL) paid my ex room mates and friends to take it out and wreck it. I’ve been thinking of those areas yes, tired of living in places where theres nothing to do.
