Hello Minnesota furs, I am Zeran and just moved here from Delaware (very long drive).  I will be attending Argosy University in January.  Right now I am waiting for my employer to finish some paperwork so I can start working here, but it is looking like it might be another week or more before all is said and done.  I am looking for a place to stay near the twin cities area (willing to travel up to 30 minutes) either temporarily or on a more long term basis while I try and start up my new life here in Minnesota.

That being said what I am looking for is my own bedroom, a respectful roommate(s) that are quiet (I don’t mind engaging in healthy conversation, just don’t walls to always be thumping with music kind of loud).  I have no problem paying my fair share of rent and utilities (prefer not exceed 800 a month for all, but this is negotiable).

What I offer is a, more often than not, rarely seen roommate that can hold an intelligent conversation and has great curiosity about everything.  I am good at cleaning, and will often clean, because I am a little OCD about such things.  I try to be as respectful as I can towards others.  I am a good listener and enjoy playing video games.  Please hit me up at [email protected].

Oh,  just as a side note, I am looking for an apartment for rent, its just with the all the initial start up costs, my tight moving budget, and the delay in employment, are the reasons I am reaching out; just in case that question arouse.  Once again, hit me up at [email protected] (its connected to my phone so I will be able to respond quickly)
