Looking for Prospective Roommate(s)

Good mew to you all!

So, I’m currently in the process of home-searching, and I found one recently that I might try to go for. Conveniently enough, it’s literally about a mile or so away from the furmeets (house is located in St. Louis Park, by Knollwood Mall).

I’m hoping to get in contact with someone(s) soon, since if I can get another tenant lined up (I’ve currently got one potential roommate set up, once he can get himself situated for such), I can more confidently seal the deal on this house.

Naturally, I’m hoping for someone who can keep their space nice and clean, and is friendly. The main requirements, though, are you having a full-time job and your own vehicle.

Well that would certainly be convenient for work (Minnetonka).  I wasn’t intending to move until after Winter but it might be worth considering.

The only potential issue is I have a good amount of stuff related to the 90 different craft type hobbies I have (sewing, hobby electronics, animatronics, 3D printing, car maintenance, etc) so I’d need some idea of available space.
