I am looking for a roommate or two. I Have two vacant bedrooms in a Three Bedroom and two bathroom townhouse in Shakopee. There is also a two stall attached garage. I would like to find a roommate that I for sure can get a long with. Someone I already know well would be a big plus. You much be able to pay the Rent in full each month.
Option #1: One roommate/couple. The third room would be shared as a work-space/office or guest room. The rent would be $698 a month. This is the option I would prefer.
Option #2: Roommate for vacant each room. Rent would be $465 each.
Option #3: You take both vacant rooms, Rent would be $930.
The rent does not include utilities. Utilities would be split equally among all roommates. (Gas, Water/Electric and Internet)
Avg total Monthly Utility rates are about $200 monthly.
Internet(150Mbps) = $60
Gas(On monthly budget plan) = $51
Electric/Water(Can vary) = $89
So with one roommate total cost would be about $795 a month
With Two Roommates total cost would be about $532
