The Event Management Division is looking for staffers as well as an individual interested in taking the lead position.
The Event Management Division has the responsibility to receive all event submissions and go through all the steps necessary to make sure the event submissions gets posted correctly and that support can be made available to make sure event goes smoothly. Qualifications include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to help proofread and wordsmith a submission is a huge plus.
- Become familiar with the events submission process and be able to have follow up talks/emails to event submitter, board, and possibly other Furs with resources or expertise in area to network with.
- Track submission in way so that involved parties may be able to see where submission process is at.
The minimum volunteer hours earned is 1 hour a month, but possibly more if we get multiple or very complicated submission which require involved follow-up. If interested please feel free to PM Aerak or Procyon for more info.
