I’ll be there for sure. I’m semi-quasi organizing this afterall 🙂Normally… I’d be arranging a dinner afterwards but due to family obligations *sigh* I need to leave myself by 5pm. That said… if anyone else wants to take over doing a post event dinner feel free.
Hope to see you guys there!

Are fursuit’s allowed at these meet?Nope. No fursuits at the zoo.May I wear a tail?Me and Shadow should be there on sunday for this.Georgia, no I don’t believe you can wear any items that could be associated with being a fursuit, not ears, tails or feet.
Tails should be okay as long as they aren’t overly large. The Minnesota Zoo gift shop used to sell small ones. The biggest issue would be the body and the head to be honest. Ears and tails SHOULD be okay – but I advise nothing more then that.

Just a quick update: Yes we are still having the Zoo outing today 🙂It’s going to be on and off rain throughout the day. If it is raining heavy while we are there we will stick to the indoor/sheltered areas (Tropics Trail, Minnesota Trail). If there is a break in the rain or it is light/variable we can do the outdoor areas that are close to shelter or have places to shelter in them (the Grizzly coast)
Plan to pack a rain coat and if doing photography a way to quickly protect your camera from the rain – I nearly found out this out the hard way. I’m bringing my smaller camera today as a result as its easier to stuff under a coat…
Good news is the rain and forecasted storms “should” chase off a lot of people so the Zoo may be a lot more empty then a typical Sunday.
