Along the same lines as officially licensed mini consoles for SEGA Genesis and Atari, Nintendo today announced they will release a Mini NES console with 30 games included on Nov 11th. It is HDMI based and uses Wii Classic Controllers, an NES themed controller will be included.
Full list of games on the mini console can be found here: https://mynintendonews.com/2016/07/14/official-mini-collectors-edition-nes-includes-30-classic-nes-games/

The other big thing is the price $59.99 retail. It’s a pretty reasonable price for what you got.Member of Minnesota Furs a 501c3 Non Profit, former Convention Chairman for Furry Migration, volunteer, and always doings lots of other stuff.

That’s actually a very good thing to point out. Buying all 30 games on Wii U VC would cost $150 ($5 per game)

I am definitely eyeballing this, because it has one game – StarTropics. That game was my life as a kid for over a year, and I eagerly await being able to replay it!YES, I saw that. I love my ATARI Flashback and this would be a nice addition. the best thing honestly is the HDMI connection. My Flashback 2 has the standard cables. What can be so dangerous in a world where so many people are smiling?

Normally I would think this is an excuse for Nintendo to crack down more on emulators/ROMs, but it comes with Zelda 2. 😛"The problem is not that there are too many idiots in the world, the problem is the distribution of lightning."
