REMINDER – Submit Your Volunteer Hours!

Hey guys, I’ve been watching volunteer hours submissions and a lot of people haven’t been doing it.  What does this mean?

• When you volunteer for an event, you afterwards log in to MNFurs and ‘submit hours’ under ‘My MNFurs Membership’ page
• Many events qualify but people aren’t submitting!  What events?
  • Furry Migration Volunteering
  • Zoo Boo
  • Petco Tree of Hope
  • Coffee Talk Attendance
  • Picnic Helping
  • Running events

If you guys want to be able to vote, get an mnfurs email, and so on, please remember to be submitting your hours!

Got questions?  Poke me here and I’ll help you answer them.  No such thing as a stupid question, so feel free to ask!

Some of us do it for good of the community, I won’t be submitting my hours, it makes this too much like work. Nothing against tracking but there are two camps on this topic. However I loved both volunteer positions and will probably volunteer again.

We totally appreciate that!  This though helps us understand how many hours we may need in the future, and for those whom wish to vote, it’s how we track those individuals.  And if we want to thank our volunteers in a special way like we do sometimes it’s how we can know who they are 🙂
