    Hi all. I’m looking at moving out of Duluth to MSP for work and I have a spot open for my old place. It’s a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in the Kenwood neighborhood of Duluth. Walking distance to Super One Foods, Walgreens, Caribou, etc. Near bus routes 12 and 18 (seasonal) that go to UMD/St. Scholastica and Downtown.

    Space would be shared with my current roommate, Orion, who I’ve known for years now. He is also a furry and keeps to himself.

    Rent split is about $515/month with the lease currently ending at the end of June 2023.
