I’d like to do a panel on streaming for Furry Migration 2018. I have some experience running and moderating streams on Picarto, but haven’t really used Twitch or any other streaming sites. If anyone would be interested in joining in as a co-panelist, please speak up, preferably Saturday at the latest. Thank you!

I wish it didn’t run the same weekend as Mankato Pride, I would definitely help. What can be so dangerous in a world where so many people are smiling?

I appreciate the sentiment and hope you enjoy Mankato Pride.Let us do nothing which would diminish us in our own eyes.
I would love to help, but I am only about to start on my time streaming, so I am not sure how much help I would be (I am, however, fine with public speaking)That’s fine. It would be a good idea to have a mix of newer and more experienced streamers, as someone more recently starting out could have greater or fewer pitfalls.Let us do nothing which would diminish us in our own eyes.
In that case, consider me interested.I’m more versed in the YouTube side of things than the Twitch side but I’d be interested. Here’s my “portfolio” http://www.youtube.com/snowsongwolf
I have done streaming before but as I don’t get many views I don’t do it often."The problem is not that there are too many idiots in the world, the problem is the distribution of lightning."
- Mark TwainThat’s great! I’ve never done gaming streams or videos myself, let alone on Youtube, so your experience would be most welcome. If you’d like to be one of the featured panelists, pm me with the name you’d like to go by and the email for FM to contact you through. If you’d rather just walk in at the convention, you’d be just as welcome to join in. Thank you!Let us do nothing which would diminish us in our own eyes.
Okay, the panel has been submitted.Let us do nothing which would diminish us in our own eyes.
I just discovered this, and just discovered Furry Migration. But I do have some experience streaming, mainly gaming. Been doing it for a little over a year, dont get too many viewers unless I stream the various events that go on in my MMO which I stream to twitch, everything else (pokemon, Digimon, mario, etc) goes on youtube. A lot of my streams were unlisted due to YouTube suddenly turning on the “make archive unlisted” option turned on when I didn’t select that. Either way, here is my “portfolio” as somebody else put it https://www.youtube.com/Charziken (cant seem to get a hold of links still, god I suck at this, sorry for all the edits)I’ve already submitted the panel to Furry Migration, so I don’t think I can change the details now. We’d absolutely like to have you join in, though. As the panel is largely a discussion of what you can do through streaming in addition to introducing new people to the medium, having more perspectives and experience would be most welcome. I hope to see you there.Let us do nothing which would diminish us in our own eyes.
No problem, I just found out about this a bit too late. I’ll definitely be there to help out. This is only going to be my second convention (First was MCFC) If you would want me to join, would you want me to just approach and say who I am?Yeah, sure. The more the merrier.Let us do nothing which would diminish us in our own eyes.
Can’t seem to get ahold of anyone. I won’t be able to make the panel as it overlaps the MTG draft tournament I’m hosting. Sorry all. 🙁"The problem is not that there are too many idiots in the world, the problem is the distribution of lightning."
