Take My Paw – Panther Caroso-based poem about Panther and his mate

This is in the Panther Caroso club on DA.  Brought it here though because I like how it turned out and wanted to share.  Enjoy!

* * * * * * * * * *

I walk with my mate down this trail
We stay close as fall temps are here
Some leaves fall down our path
My mate gives me a kiss so sincere

A breeze comes in and she snuggles
Her hair flutters gently in the wind
We walk slowly still in her embrace
I give her a gentle kiss as she cuddles

We sit down on a bench for a break
We sip from a small bottle of water
We comment on this walk and moment
Temps are perfect and not any hotter

I check the time and it’s getting late
Off the bench I go as I stretch out
I look over to my mate and smile
Take my paw love, no time to waste
