– The Onion ~ LOGISTICS PHASE –

– SO I HAVE ANOTHER IDEA –

 

As it says above, I have another idea…This one to some may be a bit pricey and some may think it’s too much in one day, but here it is.

The event idea is being named The Onion and the reason for this is because it’s a multi-layered event.  I use the term multi-layered because it’s multiple events put together for one day.  I plan to have this on a bi-weekly meet weekend so that can be part of it.  I want to kick it off with my traditional mall pre-meet (Ridgedale Center Mall) then lunch at Tiger Sushi when it opens (or somewhere else in the meantime) then the bi-weekly meet, then fursuit bowling (or if bowling is not scheduled, then dinner somewhere after the bi-weekly meet) then everyone safely drives home.  🙂

When will this event happen?  No date/time set in stone yet, but if I had to guess, sometime after ZooBoo or Halloween.

So there is my idea, feel free to discuss!  =p

I like the sound of it though I personally wouldn’t be able to make everything just because I work roughly every other Saturday.  I’m also in a Planetside 2 outfit that has operations Saturday afternoon that I really should try to make it to one of these days 😛

I would say I’d probably try to attend something like this once a month given my schedule.

Hey there!  As an update, I am launching this event the first bi-weekly meet weekend in November.  Be prepared for a fun multi-layered day of events!  🙂

I have decided on a date for this event.  I am going to hold it on November 7 starting at noon.  I plan to have about 4 activities all next to each other.  What I am about to list is going to be part of the schedule, but may switch things depending on certain circumstances.

EVENT 1 –> Lunch

EVENT 2 –> Mall Pre-Meet

EVENT 3 –> Bi-weekly Meet

EVENT 4 –> TBA due to logistics being organized

Hey there!  So I am going to bring this discussion back since it’s quietness since October…I have another layout for the onion event that I think will be fun to try sometime this winter.  This is an event that will be combined with my Mall Pre-Meet at the Ridgedale Center.

 

LAYER 1 ~ Mall Pre-Meet Lunch @ Tiger Sushi

LAYER 2 ~ Mall Pre-Meet

LAYER 3 ~ Bi-Weekly Meet

LAYER 4 ~ Post-Meet Dinner (Venue selections are endless)

 

To some this may seem like a lot of things in one day and perhaps pricey, but at the same time it may be fun…Layers 1 & 2 could also be flip-flopped too.

Do not know when I am going to launch this, but soooon!  🙂
