Hey there!  The schedule for the Easter Party has been worked on and is now live for all to view here.  There is also a printout version for those that want to have one for themselves.

NOTICE:  I will be at the Oval about an hour early and will be around to answer questions and offer assistance for anyone else that shows up early.  If early and are looking for me, I will be in or around our rooms or at the outside oval ice rink.

SCHEDULE PRINTOUT: RIGHT HERE

2:00 – 2:45 = Load-in & setup + volunteers are welcome

3:00 = Party starts

3:30 – 4:30 = Holiday Photoshoot

5:00 = Group photo

5:30 – 6:30 = Gift exchange

8:00 – 9:00 = Tear down + volunteers are welcome
