– THE SCHEDULE –
Hey there! The schedule has been finalized and is available here for all to see. Also available is a link to a PDF version for those that want to print it off or save it to hang on to.
NOTICE: I will be at the Oval about an hour or two early. I will be around to answer questions and offer assistance for anyone else that shows up early. If early and are looking for me, I will be in or around our rooms or at the outside oval ice rink.
2:00 – 2:30 = Load in + Setup –> I am always looking for volunteers to help with this so if interested and want to help, click here
3:30 – 5:30 = Photography Photo Shoot
5:45 = Group Photo
6:15 – 7:15 = Gift Exchange –> May run longer based on time and attendance
8:00 – 9:00 = Post-Party Tear Down –> Looking for volunteers for this as well
