– Dedicated to the MNFurs community –
This is PART I of a poem dedicated to this community. this one contains snippets of history relating to the community. PART II will be a tad longer and I will think up a fun theme to go along with it. I will also incorporate fur names from the forums as well…It will be fun.

We are a community that started out small
Full of Saturday night fun at a pizza place
Was a Saturday night fever at the U of M
The pace picks up and we need more space
Many have moved away, but not forgotten
More take their place in this community
So many social events and mailing lists
We welcome all furs in this great society
The metro area is definitely where it’s at
Word of mouth brings in another audience
It’s a healthy radiance with great conveyance
Join our block of furry and friendly residents
We are a community that is so much more
Every night feels like a Saturday night fever
The pace is like a rush down the interstate
We are the Minnesota furs and great achievers
