With only one month to go, now is the time to start planning to specifics for this years Spring picnic.

Location, times, and park rules can all be found here:

    MNFurs Announces the MYTHIC PICNIC!

However, this post is to inform some initial activities which will be held as well as take suggestions/have discussions on what else we may wish to do.

So far we know that Furry Migration will be taking registrations during the picnic.  Also planned is for many of the planning staff for Both Migration and the NEW upcoming winter camping event will be present to take ideas, volunteers, discussions, etc. for building and improving these other events later this year.

What else should we have at the Spring 2017 picnic?

Suggestions so far have included:  How to volunteer/plan and run your own MNFurs event Q&A, Bocce ball (fursuit and non fursuit league), Fursuit games, volleyball, Switch Mario Cart 8 gathering (we should have power set up available), and Artist Jam.  All of these sound great but we will need Volunteers to run these.

If any of these suggestions sound good, or you have another great idea for the picnic, please get in touch with Procyon or [email protected] and use tag:  “Spring 2017 picnic: (subject)”

Otherwise add to this thread as we bounce around more ideas.

I think someone still has my slackline from the fall picnic. It would be fun to set up again.
