Raydar, I spoke to Parks & Recreation and I was told that this cannot be allowed as the cab may cause obstructions for others in the parking lot area.

I had a feeling that would be the case. Heads up Raydar, the Thompson park is connected to the Kaposia park in S. St. Paul via a pedestrian bridge. There is a large parking lot there that you my POSSIBLY be able to park your rig there and walk over. -
